MrWest CasinoGames and Sports Betting

Creating and accessing a MrWest account is straightforward but subject to standard eligibility and verification checks. UK players should be 18 or over, provide accurate personal details and a valid payment method, and comply with any country restrictions that apply at registration.

How to create and protect an account

1. Create account: Tap "Sign up" and enter your full name, date of birth, email, mobile number, residential address and chosen currency (GBP for UK play). Accept the terms and safer‑gambling rules and confirm your email via the activation link or an SMS PIN where offered. Only one account is permitted per person and household and registration is limited in certain jurisdictions.
2. Verify identity: KYC checks are required before certain actions (notably withdrawals). You may be asked to upload a passport, driving licence or national ID plus a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). Additional documents such as payslips or bank statements can be requested for source‑of‑funds checks. Verification is typically processed within 24–48 hours but times vary with document clarity, payment method and account risk reviews.
3. Set limits first: Before using the cashier, set deposit, loss and session limits or apply a time‑out/self‑exclusion in account settings. Activating limits helps manage play and may be required before higher deposit options are enabled.

Login and account access

Sign in with your registered email/username and password; mobile devices may support fingerprint or Face ID. Use "Forgot password" to receive a reset link by email and expect secondary verification (email or SMS) for recovery. If you cannot access your Mr West account after these steps, contact live chat or email [email protected] for help; keep identity documents handy as they may be requested to restore access. Exact verification and access requirements depend on market, chosen payment method and automated risk checks.
